Look for some that are on sale at your local groceery store.

Look for Pepperwood. It is good and inexpersive. Good Pinot and Zinfedel also!

You should have Barefoot in Texas, right? It’s consistently good and is usually very inexpensive (less than $10).

If your looking for a bit of a step up ($10-20) look for something from the Sierra region in CA. My dad lives there and I’m always blown away by the local wines.

B.V. Merlot. 2003 - 2006. Not the coastal stuff, the Napa Valley one. You can find it on sale for about 12 - 14 bucks.

If you are on a tight budget, go with Beringer or Covey Run.

    Try Trader Joes.
They have such a large selection at really good prices and don’t be afraid to ask for help.
Costco also has a really decent selection.
Try to find a 2004 or 5 the prices dropped on the red wines due to the over production recently. For under $10 you can get a great bottle.
